MURAL WORKS AT A GOVERNMENT SCHOOL

  One of my relatives in a family function, called me and appreciated me for my drawings that reached him without me sending any of my works to him. He also invited me to the school where he is working to do mural works. I was very glad and accepted his invite at that moment and proceeded with the works. It is a government school, where all teachers are involving themselves to renovate the infrastructure. Myself being a small part of it made me happy. The principal of the management instructed me to convey  a message to the students through my drawings. I conveyed my ideas which was accepted by the management. I went to the school for three days to complete those five drawings. All the necessary materials were given by the management. I was a bit nervous as it was the first time to do something in a public place but was very confident and had a belief in myself. "EIFFEL TOWER", Yeah its my dream place. The biggest dream of my life is to travel to Paris out of my own earning. Its really breathtaking to think of it.  I was in grade 10 when I painted this on my bedroom wall. Each and every day when I wake up and go back to bed I look at this for a while, just admire it and fantasize of travelling to Paris. It is one of the key to motivate myself to achieve my goals. I think I was very immature to handle paints on the wall for the first time. I had no idea about mural works but just wanted to draw the tower by my own on the walls. My parents supported me at their best level by encouraging me to do it. They were more eager than me. I first drew it with a pencil so that I can rectify all my mistakes. Then I started to paint over it, since that was the first time I did not want try it with colors and mess it up. I used only black color so that it will be contrasting to the background.
